I was just watching jeremy clarkson going from london to scotland and back on a tank of petrol and he said that the best speed for fuel economy in the audi he was driving was 56mph. I was just wondering if anyone knows the exact speed for best fuel economy in a mondeo 2.0l ghia x.
It was motorways all the way.

hello. that speed indicates about 90kmh, doesn’t it? I do not know the road he drove on, so I cannot answer but am reasonably sure it’s not an American Interstate kind of road. good luck with your search.
