My car has pretty bad alignment after I got into an accident – it was hydroplaning and I hit my rear passenger rim. It got bent pretty bad but I had it fixed. But I now have bad alignment, pretty bad alignment actually. How much does that cut from fuel economy?

I own a 2006 Dodge Stratus with a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine. My commute one-way is 50 miles of interstate. With the high gasoline costs, would a high-flow air filter give me slightly better gas mileage.

I have a VW Golf, and I could compromise some power for better gas mileage. A guy I know said he’d adjusted something on his buick and upped the fuel economy a lot.
I can’t find him, so maybe you know.
Thank You
