I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla LE. 1.8 litter I-4/auto-transmission. 34 mpg on mixed driving.

There really is no excuse to be driving a vehicle like that on a regular basis.  If you do, you are basically saying, &#8220;Man!!  I really don&#8217;t care about anyone else.  It&#8217;s all about me!!!  MEEEEEE!!!!&#8221;
Should we tax heavily?
Maybe we could leverage gas prices based on fuel economy&#8230;
