I am going to treat myself to a newer car and am having a problem pick a car. My choices are MB E 350, Lexus ES 350, Audi A4 3.2 Quattro or Range Rover. It will probably be a 2007 for all except the Audi. Fuel economy, features, comfort and reliability are important. My cap space is about 40 K tops. Any suggestions?

I am currently driving a big old car which I enjoy (1990 Mercedes 300 SE), but its fuel economy is half of what it could be these days, it has no airbags, and I usually need to spend a bout $500 a month fixing something.
Now, yesterday, I took this amazing little car for a test drive (2005 Mitsubishi Colt, haha, I know, sounds ridiculous) and fell totally in love with it. They want $10.000 for it.
Would it be silly to buy it and trade the Merc?
I’m not sure how I feel about giving it away, but its repairs are killing me slowly.

My wife and I are once again searching for another vehicle, I drive an S4 and she has an C class Benz, both of which don’t really cater to our needs as a family (2 kids).
We’re looking for either an SUV or Station Wagon that we can comfortably go on a long trip in, that means GPS navigation, very roomy, entertainment in the backseat to keep the kid’s quiet, and a very spacious trunk.
Preferably with good fuel economy too, I know it’s hard to find these days, but I don’t want to be dealing with 12 MPG.

Our budget is $50,000.

What is a good first car for a teen that is safe reliable with good fuel economy worth under 4k?

I’m looking at buying a 94 Lumina APV. The ad says 600 obo, but I was over there looking at it and he said “Make me an offer and it’s yours”. Apparently he bought it for his son, his son didn’t like vans so it’s been in his yard since August. This van has the 3.1 with 3 speed auto ******. What are the good and bad points on these vans? Trouble spots to check for? What would be the fuel economy I could expect to get from this van? Anyone here who has one, let me know what you like and don’t like about them and your overall opinion of them.

In terms of fuel economy, price, features etc. Something in the size of an Escalade ESV or a Yukon XL. Give me everything you’ve got because I’m buying an SUV within the month.

Can anyone tell me what they get for fuel economy on thier 06-07 3/4 ton diesel (any make) and what motor do you have and is that with or without a programmer. Would love to know your solo mileage and your towing mileage and how much you tow. THANKS
